RSG offers a turn-key model called the Lodge 48. This is a 48m² bungalow
which will be delivered on a plot selected by RSG at a holiday park/campsite.
For this specific phase (1) we have opted for a plot in Zeeland. RSG offers this bungalow for a fixed amount below market value to maximize the likelihood for our investors to get a 15% return on their investment(s). This is an indication and starting point which we will also at that time communicate to the interested parties. The collective investors will then obtain the return on the sale of the model to the individual. The fixed term for this will be 9-12 months after placement of the model.

Red Sand Group sells the property to it’s investors.
2. Collective investors
Our collective investors now own a piece of the property.
3. Private ownership
Somebody buys the property from our investors and now owns it privately.
The amount to be collected is €112,700.00 ex VAT, €136,367.00 incl. VAT.
Investment amount is at least €19,481.00 incl. VAT.
We charge €500.00 administration costs per investment.
Investment opportunities go in increments of €19,981.00 (€19,481.00 + €500.00
The maximum number of steps in terms of investment will be 7. It is also possible
for an investor to fill multiple investment layers. For example, if an investor wants to invest approx. €40,000.00, they will fill 2 layers, hereafter 5 layers remain.
The investment layers are as follows;
After purchase, the model will be placed and immediately included in the sale. The minimum target amount is the following; €156,822.05 incl. VAT. With this amount we can obtain a return of 15%, which is also our point of departure.
Various studies and calculations have shown that this is a feasible amount and return. Sales will not only run through Red Sand Group but also our partners who have occupied a strategic position in the market.
