RSG is well established in Africa and especially Ghana. We believe that “the next big thing” is going to be Africa. Investing and setting up real estate projects in Africa is therefore a must.
Prampram is one of the largest projects RSG is currently working on. It concerns building a safari resort of *m2 with
small appartments, large apartments and villas at the resort available for residence all year round. At the moment, negotiations are pending. More information coming soon.

Red Sand Group sells the property to it’s investors.
2. Collective investors
Our collective investors now own a piece of the property.
3. Private ownership
Somebody buys the property from our investors and now owns it privately.
